MISSION STATEMENT:
The S.P.C.A. of Polk County is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to working with the community and with other rescue organizations to alleviate animal suffering, prevent cruelty to animals and to educate the community in responsible pet care.
It is the policy of the organization to provide humane care for all animals in the community needing protection, to seek to reunite animals with their owners, to seek suitable homes for animals without owners and to provide humane euthanasia when necessary.

We operate strictly on donations from our supporters. We are not funded by other SPCA organizations nor do we receive federal funding assistance. Can you make a contribution today?
